Actuator Controls

AUMA offers many variations of motor
controls including both integral and remote motor control packages. A
description of two integral motor control designs follows:
Basic compact provides 'basic' motor controls
 | reversing starters are standard
| control transformer and pilot devices (pushbuttons, selector switches and
indicating lights) are options |

AUMA Matic offers a modern and economical control
technology for actuators allowing automated valves to be integrated into a wide
variety of control systems
| reversing starters and control voltage power supply are standard
components
| pilot devices can be furnished as an option
| a flexible control system interface is provided by an assortment of
interface boards:
 | standard interface board accepts optically isolated 'open', 'stop',
'close' inputs
| optional positioner board accepts analog signal (e.g. 4-20 mADC)
| optional pulse timer board allows valve 'opening' or 'closing' time to
be independently extended
| optional triple Play digital communications board - capable of
DeviceNet digital communications, Modbus digital communications or
control via analog signal
| optional PROFIBUS DP digital communications board
| optional Modbus digital communications board
| optional Interbus digital communications board |
